Data processed and purposes

For the order: full name, email, phone, delivery address. The purpose is forming and performing the contract; the legal basis is necessity for performance of that contract.

For invoicing: on business orders, company name, tax office and tax number. The purpose is the statutory obligation to keep records and issue documents.

For subscriptions: delivery schedule and payment record. The purpose is running the regular delivery.

No profiling for marketing is carried out; commercial electronic messages are not sent without your explicit consent.

Sharing

Data is shared only as the service requires: delivery details with the courier, payment details with the payment institution, invoice records with the accountant.

Card details are neither seen nor stored by the seller; they are processed directly by the payment institution.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction, deletion or transfer, and to object to processing. You can send requests to ———; they are answered within thirty days at the latest.
